CRM Application Support Qualification required:
- BE/ B. Tech / M. Tech / MSc / MCA qualification or equivalent
- Development resources should be preferably certified in vtiger CRM and/or Avaya CCM platform
CRM Application Support Roles and Responsibilities:
- L2 Avaya support - Pass L2 tickets to Avaya support team and track it until closure
- Manage MAC and IP addresses for the Agents - Make call routing changes & configurations
- Support and Manage IP Telephony infrastructure - IVR, Dialer, Nice, Media Gateway, Avaya CM configuration, Call routing & switching
CRM Application Support Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Avaya contact center development, customization and implementation of vtiger/Open CRM solutions and contact centre infrastructure for development team
- L2 Avaya support
- Contact center network operation
- Managing IP telephony infrastructure - SIP, Codecs, IVR, Session Manager, VoIP, CMS, Voicemail, Dialer, Call Accounting, Call Recording, WFM, Quality management tools, Avaya Gateways, Call routing & switching
- Web client application development using REST / API, SOAP
- Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics CRM / Vtiger CRM
