NetConnect Global is seeking an experienced, organized and professional Executive - Human Resources to join our team. This role focuses on executing operational tasks within the HR domain, emphasizing a high level of proficiency in handling various responsibilities to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR department and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong interpersonal skills, pay meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities. Human Resource Executive Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• A strong & proven understanding of employee life cycle, people policies, practices, programs, interventions & procedures.   
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Create and maintain personnel records and work independently. 
• Prepare HR-related reports and contribute to data analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• Must have a good understanding of employment law & compliance requirements. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks. 

Qualification: 

• Preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources with at least 1-2 years of experience. 
• Experience in employee life cycle management.  
• Preferable from IT industry.
