Job Summary:
As a ServiceNow HRSD (Senior) Developer you are responsible in creating HR Services and record Producer for different entities. You will be responsible for the Integration between ServiceNow and SuccessFactor. Collaborate with clients to assess HR service delivery needs, comprehending their unique challenges and strategic objectives. Should be familiar with Scrum and agile methodology.
ServiceNow Developer HRSD Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the precise requirements of client (OOTB).
- Cultivate strong relationships with HR stakeholders and clients, serving as a trusted advisor on HRSD solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts when it comes to continuous improvement and maintaining a sustainable infrastructure through change management protocols.
- Understanding the client requirement and create HR services and record producers.
- Should be Knowing REST/SOAP Integration and should have hands on experience for the same.
- Customer service oriented, ability to meet defined SLAs, Project Management experience and familiar with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Providing demos of the OOB HRSD modules, mapping client existing HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to provide.
- Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data.
- Configure applications to work with the organisation's HR processes.
- Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of HR best practices within client organizations.
- Assist in integration testing.
- Support customers during UAT.
- Contribute to building and implementing technical best practices and procedures.
ServiceNow Developer HRSD Mandatory Technical Skills Required:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation or development experience; 2-3+ years HRSD hands on experience.
- Profound understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules and functionalities.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow HR System Architecture - Plugins, HR Table Structure,
- Application Scoping and must have experience in ServiceNow Core HR Applications and Employee Service Center - Users, Groups, Skills, Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR
- Catalog Items, Record Producers and HR Service Portal Branding.
- Developer experience in Service Now tool (JavaScript knowledge required).
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with all areas of the business.
- A fundamental understanding of Service Catalog, record Producers and transform maps.
- Development Experience on Web 2.0 Technologies (JavaScripting, CSS, HTML).
- Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through life cycle events.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a talent for establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
Domain Knowledge Required for ServiceNow Developer HRSD:
- Strong ITIL V3 knowledge (Minimum ITIL foundation certification preferred)
- Certified in ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory).
- HRSD Fundamentals training. (Mandatory).
- HRSD Implementation Certificate (Add-on).
- Exposure to Cloud technologies desired 6. Excellent English Communication/Presentation skills (Oral & Written).
