Job Summary:
The ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst role is a client facing role that designs complex service management platform and process configurations for client onboarding and migrations - which meet contractual obligations and standards. Role performs client requirements analysis of approved client solutions to deliver designs for the onboarding of clients to current Allianz Technology - Service Management practices. Document business requirements including use cases, testing / acceptance criteria, technical capabilities, operational process flows, organization priorities, business value drivers, dependencies / contingencies, risks, and opportunities. Work closely with Stake holders and Process Owners and Co-ordinate with different teams / divisions on the requirements.
Service Now Business Analyst HRSD Primary Responsibilities:
- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and to outline detailed requirements.
- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to craft solutions, enhancing existing product functionality.
- Interacts with Client and account teams as required to agree the Foundation Data, solutions to issues.
- Drafting ServiceNow requirements and solutions documentation, producing product training and support collateral.
- Participate in the development and grooming of Agile User Stories.
- Manages the development of agreed solutions required to address unique Client needs working with the technical teams to agree a resolution to delivery issues.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team to drive the technical implementation, translate customer requirements to internal systems and processes, and help on-board new customer accounts onto the ServiceNow platform
- Documentation of workflow, leveraging third party tools and technology.
- Working closely and collaboratively with development and QA teams to ensure optimal quality throughout ServiceNow’s software development lifecycle.
- Participation in the QA (Testing) lifecycle to validate solution has met requirements as documented and providing feedback on testing results.
- Conducting needs assessments calls and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Able to effectively facilitate user group sessions, requirements gathering workshops with a variety of participants from both business and technology.
- Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate Client and / or account teams.
- Works across various technical towers to ensure the best solution is implemented and that timely implementation is achieved.
- Supports team information sharing and on-boarding of colleagues as the team grows.
- Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches.
- Have the ability to work independently and be very focused on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
ServiceNow Business Analyst Mandatory Technical Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant business analysis/product management position (ServiceNow)
- At least 2+ years of experience within HRSD module.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders from across the Enterprise.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment in which you may be expected to assume multiple simultaneous responsibilities.
- Solid technical aptitude specific to ITSM tools.
- Track record of successful customer-facing engagements, self-starting skills.
- A high degree of proficiency using Microsoft Tools
- Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools
- Applicants should be willing to support global product deployments, working across different time zones.
- ITIL knowledge and experience.
Domain Knowledge Required for Service Now Business Analyst HRSD:
- Strong ITIL V3 or above (Minimum ITIL foundation certification preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA certified. Good to have CIS-HRSD certifications.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies is good to have.
- Excellent English Communication/Presentation skills (Oral & Written).
- Perform duties with limited supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Ability to respond quickly to problems and changes
Soft Skills Required:
- JavaScript, MySQL
- German language (Good)
- ServiceNow Development
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint Knowledge
- Release Management
- Training experience.
