Oracle WMS Cloud consultant

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Qualification: B. Tech/MBA (SCM) Preferred: Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

Add On: Oracle EBS on premise, supply chain function knowledge, Inventory management, warehouse and material management etc. 

About the Role:

Oracle WMS Functional Expert is one of the critical role in the team and the person working on this role will be responsible for Implementation, supporting, extension & integration of Oracle WMS Cloud Application (Logfire) within the organization. Candidate will be responsible to provide consultation and strategic recommendations by quickly assessing and remediating complex business scenarios. The person will dive head-first into creating or applying innovative solutions and techniques using the Cloud platform. 

Key experience and expectations 

• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end projects in Oracle Cloud WMS Product (Logfire) 
• Should have hands-on experience on following WMS functionalities: 
• Warehouse Operations Inbound and Outbound 
• Dock Appointment 
• Picking and Put-away rules 
• Cross Docking 
• Zone picking and strategies 
• Label Printing 
• Warehouse Control Board 
• Carbonization 
• Kitting & DE kitting 
• Mobile Supply Chain Applications 
• Knowledge about the setting up of WMS Scanner and printer configuration 
• Integration with Cloud OTM & Fusion ERP. 
• Have implemented the WMS solution ground up 
• Creating the roadmap for warehouse readiness for WMS implementation and driving the same 
• Having knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Project and Cloud OTM will be advantage. 
• Ensure delivery of complete solution with requirement analysis, mapping, solution design and configuration. 
• Warehouse readiness 
• Drive and execute testing phases during the project lifecycle. 
• Working with Cross functional team on various functional and delivery aspects 
• Collaborate with Oracle, Business and support functions for E2E delivery of project. 
• Deliver client trainings, demos, and Proof-Of-Concepts for Oracle WMS Cloud Application. 
• Expertise in project methodology, documentation standards and customer specific delivery requirements. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ensure application compliance with policies, procedures, and change control process.
