Key Point: Multiple project handling, stakeholder management. Have worked in PMO for supply chain project or Oracle ERP project. 

About the Role 

A Project Management Office (PMO) role for managing Business Process Transformation Projects, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and related tasks typically includes the following responsibilities: 

Key experience and expectations 

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for WMS, OTM, and process transformation initiatives. 
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the projects. 
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success. 
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and third-party vendors, as necessary to support project objectives. 
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards and ensure that project related deliverables including documents of various phases meet predefined quality criteria. 
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition during process transformation initiatives. 
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. 
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and key metrics for project sponsors and stakeholders. 
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, process change documents, training documents and other relevant documentation. 
• Integration: Ensure alignment of resources between WMS, OTM, and process transformation projects to achieve overarching organizational goals. 
• Vendor Management: If applicable, manage relationships with software vendors and service providers for WMS and OTM solutions. 
• Project Closure: Lead the process of project closure, including post-implementation reviews and the transition of ongoing responsibilities to the appropriate teams. 
• Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and transportation industry. 

Mandatory experience & skills :

• Have done end to project management role for at least 2 project life cycles and at least one transformation project with multi stakeholder Engemen 
• Have strong stakeholder management skills to drive the project in complex environment 
• Need to work from office location 

Preferred experience & skills 

• Have experience of managing/driving Transformation project 
• Have worked for IT implementation projects 
• Know how of the WMS, OTM or Oracle EBS 
• Collaborate with Oracle, Business and support functions for E2E delivery of project. 
• Expertise in project methodology, documentation standards and customer specific delivery
