Mandatory Skills: 

• Hands-on experience working on SAP VIM 7.6 SP3. 
• Proficiency in Invoice processing within the VIM framework. 
• DP Document creation and management expertise. 
• Invoice Approval design and implementation. 
• Invoice Exception handling for both PO and NON-PO invoices. 
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Intelligent capture/BC. 
• Configuration of Archivelink for efficient document management. 
• Experience in the creation of IC Profiles and custom fields within IC Profiles. 
• Solution designing for VIM to optimize workflow and efficiency. 

Alternate Skills: 

• Debugging in ABAP. 

Good to Have (Not Mandatory): 

• Detailed understanding of FI-MM Integration. 
• Expertise in Invoice Verification processes. 
• Familiarity with the Procure to Pay cycle. 

Detailed Job Description: 

• Manage exception handling for both PO and NON-PO invoices. 
• Implement strategies for blocking invoices related to Purchase Orders. 
• Process invoices efficiently within the SAP VIM 7.6 SP3 framework. 
• Design and implement workflows for Invoice Approval. 
• Handle Invoice Exception scenarios for seamless processing. 
• Expertise in processing IDOC and Ariba invoices for end-to-end integration. 
• Configure Archivelink for effective document storage and retrieval. 
• Hands-on experience with Opentext Intelligent Capture for data extraction. 
• Create and manage IC Profiles to enhance document management. 
• Develop custom fields within IC Profiles as per business requirements. 
• Design solutions within the VIM framework to optimize performance and efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• SAP certification in VIM is a plus. 

Skills and Competencies: 

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in ABAP. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. 
• Familiarity with FI-MM Integration and Procure to Pay cycle is advantageous.
