Job Description: SAP Customer Service Specialist
Mandatory Skills:
- SAP Customer Service expertise with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in configuration for order processing and notification configuration/modification in FOPs.
- Demonstrated skills in the development of new interfaces to enhance system efficiency.
- Experience in the development/modification of customized programs aligned with revised business processes.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive functional documents and training documents for end-users.
- Proven expertise in data extraction from standard/z tables through queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure order processing modules to optimize workflow.
- Modify notification settings in FOPs for improved communication.
- Develop new interfaces to enhance system integration and functionality.
- Create and modify customized programs to align with updated business processes.
- Prepare detailed functional documents outlining system configurations and processes.
- Develop training documents for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of SAP Customer Service.
- Extract data from standard/z tables using queries for analysis and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP certification in Customer Service module is a plus.
