Application Developer SAP UX

Experience: 5-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of SAP system users. 
• Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key user personas. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of design implementations. 
• Implement best practices for SAP UI/UX design to improve overall user satisfaction. 
• Continuously analyze user feedback and system performance to make data-driven design improvements. 
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions. 
• Iterate designs based on testing results and user feedback. 
• Prepare design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and guidelines for developers. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Design, HCI, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. 
• Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably with a focus on SAP applications. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 
• Strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Familiarity with SAP technologies and modules is a plus.
