Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business processes and objectives. 
• Identify opportunities for leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to improve HR operations. 
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and document client needs. 
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, and Succession Planning. 
• Customize the system to align with client-specific requirements. 
• Manage data migration and integration tasks. 
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system functions correctly. 
• Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the implementation. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients. 
• Train end-users and provide documentation to support system adoption. 
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. 
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues. 
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. 
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, on time, and within budget. 
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. 
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and new features. 
• Recommend system enhancements and improvements to clients. 
• Contribute to the development of HR process improvements.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration. 
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. 
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills. 
• Project management experience is a plus. 
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred. 
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) is advantageous.
