Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within professional services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growth and contribute to our vibrant company culture. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking, to attract and engage high-quality candidates, particularly for roles within the professional services sector.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and fostering a positive interview journey.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and make improvements to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the professional services industry.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in professional services or consulting firms.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools, along with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative approach with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
