Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large enterprise-level datasets.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data mining, mathematical and statistical analysis.
• Strong experience with statistical programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks).
• Experience in creating and managing data architectures.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (regression, distributions, statistical tests).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
• A proactive drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
• Utilize predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with various functional teams to implement models and monitor their outcomes.
• Create processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
