Overview
The Tosca Automation Lead will play a pivotal role in elevating the automation capabilities of our organization by designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Create, execute, and maintain high-quality automation scripts using Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure optimal automation coverage.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering best practices in test automation.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and utilities to improve automation capabilities.
- Analyze automation results, generate insights, and drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct training sessions on automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Document automation processes, maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, and ensure the team is aligned with the latest advancements in automation.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Tosca Automation and scripting languages such as VB Script, Core Java, Python, etc.
- Expertise in creating, executing, and maintaining automation scripts with Tosca.
- Strong understanding of automation utilities for Web and SAP technologies.
- Experience in identifying custom controls and implementing effective workaround techniques.
- Familiarity with configuration management systems like SVN.
- Knowledge of database concepts and experience writing SQL queries.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as ALM or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
