Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Create, execute, and maintain high-quality automation scripts using Tosca.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure optimal automation coverage.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering best practices in test automation.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and utilities to improve automation capabilities.
• Analyze automation results, generate insights, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct training sessions on automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Document automation processes, maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, and ensure the team is aligned with the latest advancements in automation.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Tosca Automation and scripting languages such as VB Script, Core Java, Python, etc.
• Expertise in creating, executing, and maintaining automation scripts with Tosca.
• Strong understanding of automation utilities for Web and SAP technologies.
• Experience in identifying custom controls and implementing effective workaround techniques.
• Familiarity with configuration management systems like SVN.
• Knowledge of database concepts and experience writing SQL queries.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as ALM or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
