Overview

As an RPA Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of driving automation innovation and efficiency across business operations. This role entails designing and implementing robust automation workflows tailored to client needs, leveraging UiPath technologies to deliver impactful solutions.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective automation solutions while influencing project success through your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Provide solution designs and recommendations throughout the deployment of new projects, deals, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored RPA solutions.
• Ensure the successful implementation of UiPath components, including Robots, Studio, and Orchestrator.
• Develop custom workflows and activities using VB .Net/C# and ensure seamless integration.
• Verify and optimize workflow-based logic with hands-on experience in RE-Framework.
• Make necessary updates to robot code during implementation and deployment phases.
• Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints to clients, ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Ensure the success of overall testing cycles and troubleshoot any issues during automation deployment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to new and existing clients, ensuring successful adoption of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT with a strong code development background.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as VBA, VB, Java, C# (Python is a plus).
• Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and best practices in automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
