Salary: 3-5 LPA

Experience: 1-4 Years

Qualification: B tech/ BE desirable

NetConnect Global is seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Executive – Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide strategic leadership for all Talent Acquisition functions, and policy and procedure development, along with tactical but strategic consulting on people and organization development to support business objectives. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and thinking critically.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
  • Evaluating resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
  • Facilitating the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Negotiating job offers and managing the offer process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to understand their staffing needs and to ensure that the organization is attracting and hiring the right candidates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing metrics related to talent acquisition, such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

SKILLS:

  • Proven expertise and knowledge of proactive Internet sourcing techniques
  • Established track record of innovative and creative sourcing tactics for passive job seekers; i.e. social media
  • Experience in managing candidates through an applicant tracking system
  • Sound judgment, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, decisiveness and flexibility
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with internet email, Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
  • Ability to effectively learn and manage various systems used in an HR environment
