Experience

• 3+ years of experience in MS BI Stack (MS SQL Server, Dataverse, SSIS, SSRS), MS Excel, PowerPivot, PowerQuery
• 3+ years of experience in SQL/TSQL. Creating complex Custom Views using SQL, ETL services to create data sets for reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse /Business Intelligence Experience /SQL Development/Database concepts/DB performance Optimization
• 3+ years of experience reviewing and documenting Technical & Business Requirements in relation to Business Intelligence, Data Management or software development projects.
• Experience in developing and managing stored procedures.
• Should have a proven track record of the skills outlined and a willingness to learn for gaps in the requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Modelling and Dimensional Analysis. Effectively liaison between Business Analysts, Developers, Systems Support and Customers/Stakeholders with a reputation for timely resolution of issues and a drive for business results.
• Experience performing Data cleaning and Data Quality control activities.
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and end-users to better understand, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements.
• Advanced Execution Plan understanding
• Ability to create relationships between different tables from different data sources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in groups as well as individually with minimum supervision.
• Willing to learn new technologies as and when needed.
• Should have good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Design methodology and project documentation creation
• Properly understand business requirements and develop data views/models accordingly.
• Creating advanced level calculations to provide prescriptive and predictive analysis.
• Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.

Good to have

• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Power BI, SQL data warehouse, Visual Studio, etc.
