Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD HANA (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SD solutions on the SAP HANA platform for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, hands-on experience with SAP SD module, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their sales and distribution requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP SD functionalities on the SAP HANA platform. 
  • Customize and extend standard SAP SD functionality to meet specific business needs. 
  • Configure and integrate SAP SD with other modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), and Production Planning (PP). 
  • Perform testing to ensure accurate and efficient sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, and billing. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD during the development and deployment phases. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Provide guidance and best practices to clients regarding sales and distribution strategies, processes, and data management. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SD features, enhancements, and industry trends. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. 
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and technical teams. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP SD HANA Consultant or a similar role. 
  • Strong expertise in SAP SD module, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. 
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and distribution processes, principles, and reporting requirements in an SAP environment. 
  • Experience in integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI/CO, and PP. 
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA platform and its features, such as in-memory computing and advanced analytics. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. 
  • SAP SD certification is a plus.
