We are looking for a Super Star SAP PLM Recipe Development / Management Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Skills: SAP PLM – Recipe Development/ Recipe Management, S4 HANA PLM – Recipe Development Process and configurations, Multi-Formula Editor, Formula Optimization, Formula Calculation, PP-PI, BOMs and ECM, DMS, Product Life Cycle Costing, SDS, Ingredient list using WWI report.

Must-Have: 

As Design SAP Processes in PLM Recipe Development / Management, Specification Management, Label Management, Document Management, and Engineering Change Management. You will also be responsible for Conduct Client Workshops and gathering requirements. Ability to Understand Gaps in Standard Solutions and propose suitable workarounds.

• 5 to 10 years of exp in SAP PLM – Recipe Development/ Recipe Management Skills with industry & business experience along with 3 full life cycle Implementations.
• Hands-on experience on S4 HANA PLM – Recipe Development Process and Configurations. Having good work experience in Integrated Specification Development, Specification Database setup, Recipe Maintenance, Process elements, Multi-level formulation management(Multi-Formula Editor, Formula Optimization, Formula Calculation), and Compliance Checks.
• Exposure to Recipe Simulation Process (Handover to Manufacturing) with strong integration experience on PP-PI, BOMs and ECM.
• Experience in developing SDS, Ingredient lists using WWI report templates.
• Experience in Product Labelling Process- Ingredient Label, Component Label, and Packaging Label.
• Experience in Integration with DMS to manage and store documents.
• Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Costing to estimate future costs.
• Good to have experience in Project and Portfolio Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. Need to be a team player
