We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA OData & Fiori Consultant/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in SAP HANA, OData services, and Fiori application development. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP Fiori applications that leverage SAP HANA and OData services to meet business needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and optimize SAP HANA database models, procedures, and views to support Fiori applications. 
  • Performance tuning of SAP HANA for optimal data retrieval and processing. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain OData services to expose SAP HANA data for consumption by Fiori applications. 
  • Ensure OData services are secure and efficient. 
  • Develop custom Fiori applications and enhance existing ones using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
  • Design and implement Fiori user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing Fiori apps. 
  • Integrate SAP Fiori applications with SAP backend systems and third-party applications using OData services and other integration technologies. 
  • Conduct thorough testing of Fiori applications to ensure they meet business requirements and are free from defects. 
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to perform testing and resolve issues. 
  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and user manuals. 
  • Maintain documentation for ongoing projects and solutions. 
  • Provide support for existing Fiori applications and resolve any issues or bugs. 
  • Perform regular maintenance activities to keep applications up-to-date. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • Proven experience in SAP HANA development and optimization. 
  • Strong knowledge of OData services and RESTful API design. 
  • Expertise in SAP Fiori application development using SAPUI5 and Fiori Design Guidelines. 
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
  • Experience with SAP Gateway, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Fiori Launchpad. 
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming is a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is preferred.
