Expertise in Fuzzing Desktop applications and binaries, as well as proficiency in writing fuzzers and substantial experience in C/C++
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop advanced fuzzing techniques to uncover vulnerabilities in software products.
- Integrate fuzzing into the software development lifecycle, collaborating with developers for early issue detection.
- Create diverse test cases and data to achieve comprehensive coverage during the fuzzing process.
- Identify and prioritize critical issues, effectively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing fuzzing strategies using commercial and open-source tools (e.g., AFL, libFuzzer, Onefuzz).
- Deep understanding of software security vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and common attack vectors.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Rust and familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., gdb, WinDbg).
- Strong grasp of software development methodologies and secure coding practices.
- Knowledgeable about modern exploit mitigation techniques and bypasses.
- Experience working on Thick Client Applications.
- Prior experience in conducting secure code reviews.
