Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing applications using the Pega platform. As a CSSA, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and leading the implementation of Pega applications that align with our organization’s goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather and understand business requirements. 
• Design and develop technical solutions using the Pega platform to address business needs and processes. 
• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Pega applications while adhering to best practices and coding standards. 
• Create and configure application components such as case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and decision rules. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Pega developers, helping them enhance their skills and deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Pega applications to ensure optimal functionality. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with other systems and technologies. 
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Pega platform and related technologies. 
• Contribute to the documentation of application designs, technical specifications, and development processes. 

Qualifications: 

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong understanding of application design, case management, data modeling, and integration concepts. 
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform and tools. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Previous experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
