We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join us remotely. The function area will be Pay OTL Comp and Benefits Core Absence.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Should have at least 2 to 3 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant or Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for two of the below modules
- Fusion Compensation and Benefits
- Fusion Absence
- Good to have the knowledge on the below modules.
- Fusion Time and Labor
- Fusion Core HR
- Should be able to write Fast formulas.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
