We at NetConnect Global are looking for an HR OD Specialist who would be responsible for driving Organizational Excellence.

As an OD Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing organizational development strategies, leading change management initiatives, designing talent development programs, enhancing performance management processes, utilizing HR metrics for analysis and recommendations, and championing employee engagement initiatives. The incumbent will play a vital role in driving organizational excellence, fostering a positive work culture, and creating an environment that supports employee growth and success.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR OD Specialist, driving impactful change
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology for data analysis
