Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Qualifications – Graduate/MBA with over 12-15 years experience in selling products and services

Salary: 28L-35L with a pay mix of 70/30

Experience Required : 

12-15 Years in sales of product and services to CIO/CTO/CHRO/CMO personas to Enterprise Accounts <5000 Employees, in a people manager role for 2 or more years

Job Role :

  • Responsible for building/ running/managing the Enterprise segment business for the company cutting across industry verticals IT, ITES, Pharma, BioSciences, Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Retail and Fintech to deliver company’s qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Responsible for hiring and retaining top enterprise sales talent
  • Develop and execute medium-long term sales strategies to build a resilient and scalable enterprise business
  • Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives to broaden awareness and drive demand generation
  • Understand products and solutions and be able to demonstrate their value propositions effectively
  • Build and manage C level relationships in the accounts
  • Responsible for accuracy on revenue forecast and pipeline management to build a predictable and scalable business
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure effective pipeline management of the enterprise segments
