NCG Professional Services team is looking for Enterprise Account Leader Telecom, to manage and grow our technology solutions and professional services business with our premium Telecom customers. You will be expected to partner with the clients and help them achieve their business goals. As someone with extensive understanding OSS and BSS activities , you will foster better delivery outcomes for the clients through your insights of the clients business, thus creating value for the client. You will lead creating new opportunities, running pursuits, and managing/ensuring delivery and improve the overall P&L for the enterprise account.

  • Represent the Brand in the market
  • Key Account Management
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Portfolio Revenue and P&L growth
  • Account mining and ensure deployment of new assignments
  • Program Management
  • People Management

Required Skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Demonstrated growth and sustenance of a services / similar business
  • Demonstrated experience of managing a P&L
  • Experience in Consultative engagement/s
  • Relevant technical experience / exposure to drive advisory agenda
  • Ability to scale up Accounts and associated teams – Must be Personable

    Other Imperatives:
  • MBA from a premium Institute
  • Post MBA experience of 4+ years
  • IT Services experience preferred
