We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects within our organization’s SAP Practice. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and support services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for SAP projects.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the value of SAP services.
• Lead and motivate a team of SAP consultants and specialists.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Allocate resources and ensure the team has the necessary skills and capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement quality control measures and best practices for SAP project delivery.
• Effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and business users.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Assume P&L responsibility for SAPprojects.
• Monitor project financials, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project profitability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and senior management to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, leading SAP projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, modules, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful SAP project deliveries.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Project Manager, SAP Consultant) are a plus.
