Job Description:
- Lead end to end planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring the project.
- Identify & mitigate project risk & issues proactively.
- Create and execute strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and successful outcomes.
- Engage with client to understand their data & analytics requirement & translate them into actionable project plan.
- Provide Collaborate closely with client to ensure alignment of project goals & deliverables.
- Foster Manage client expectation provide regular project updates & address and concerns or issues that arise during project execution.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cyber security and their application in the banking sector.
- Assist the team in resolving complex technical issues and making informed decisions to overcome challenges.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, reporting project status to relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact on project delivery.
- Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager in the banking sector, specifically in cyber security.
- Extensive knowledge of cyber security and software development methodologies.
- Strong technical skill to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of risk management and problem-solving techniques.
