We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will manage compliance projects in this role to ensure our company adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs that align with our business goals.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Experience in GRC role in Operational Support organization.
  • A breadth of knowledge in various technology landscapes is required.
  • The candidate must identify security and legal requirements from the customer by referring to relevant documents such as RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • ITIL® V3 Service Operation certification.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, COBIT certification, and experience in CMMI and SOC is an added value.
  • Strong written and communication skills across all levels are required.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Hands-on experience in Presentation and Reporting is essential.


  • Governance, Risk and Compliance management for the Operational Support team delivering service to various projects.
  • Ensure process adherence for every project/technology in-line with ITIL.
  • Review and audit solutions and projects, including ticket quality audit/process adherence.
  • Review RCA’s, and develop SOP’s.
  • Ensure ISO 27001 compliance for all projects.
  • Drive to close any observations or non-conformities.
  • Act as a consultant providing direction and guidance to delivery on compliance requirements.
