Job Description

Experience: 6-8 Years 

Type: Work from Office    

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai 

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days 

Mandatory Skills:Preference from Contingent staffing business background, Familiarity with Client management performance metrics, Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skill 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  •  Work with key Regional IT Market for New clients to provide Professional Services (IT Staff Augmentation) solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact. 


  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Min 6 years’ of proven success in Solution sale/professional Services and client management 
  • Familiarity with Client management performance metrics 
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skill
