Location: Mumbai, Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate 30 Days
Salary: 10-15 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Should understand the IT services industry and have experience in managing talent acquisition and operations vertical.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an account management or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the software or technology industry.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
