 I’ve been employed by Company A as a recruitment specialist for the last three years. I worked for Company B as an HR officer before that. In the years I’ve worked for Company A, I’ve discovered that developing long-term hiring plans that allow individuals to advance within their organizations gives me the most satisfaction. The business also benefits since it can hire more quickly, affordably, and retain knowledge.
