Role: ServiceNow HAM Developer

Job Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai

Experience: 2-3 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required ( 15-30 days max)

Qualification: Graduate

MODE OF WORK: Hybrid

Salary: 10-20 LPA

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow, HAM, CMDB

Required Skills:

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of hardware asset management process monitoring, management and disposal and operation planning, designing and forecasting.
  • Should be able to walk through the HAM features to customers and have hands-on experience in implementing HAM
  • Should have customization skills to develop custom HAM requirements/processes as per business requirements.
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining a hardware catalogue at an enterprise level.
  • Hand’s on a comprehensive understanding and operating experience of financial management processes for ham.
  • Knowledge of optimization and control of hardware lifecycle to support its asset management function with respect to cost, control, compliance, and business objectives
  • Managing hardware asset movements, reconciling authorized assets against deployed assets, scheduling and running reconciliation and reviewing the results of the reconciliation process
  • Experience in the creation and management of hardware purchase orders through their lifecycle and end-to-end stock management activities including asset recording and tracking
  • Managing contracts- identify assets associated with a contract, manage the asset collection, and return processes
  • Auditing – prepare reports based on the asset repository data, perform physical hardware inventory, and compare results
  • Managing hardware end-of-lease by identifying the hardware whose warranty/lease is expiring and managing the return of those assets to the vendor.
  • Execute hardware refresh and disposal processes and update asset records
  • Assist with billing queries relating to the procurement of products and services
    Good understanding of managing CMDB and/or other configuration management tools

Good-to-Have :

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
