- Strong in Excel & Data Management
- Ensure On boarding into the relevant systems Workday, Smart labour, RCMS.
- Responsibility of the Resource Manager is to manage resourcing for all assigned and potential projects both from demand & supply standpoint as per skills, cost & assigned JD.
- Work with RoE team to understand the demand and proactively work with delivery teams in qualifying the positions and fulfillment of resources
Additional Skills Or Certifications if Any
Run weekly resource meeting and daily if needed and lead to resolve resourcing issues / conflict resolution with delivery manager and appropriate tower heads
