Job Description

Location- Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 years

A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1-year related experience. 

Notice Period- Immediate joiners required (30 days)

Qualification: Graduate

MODE OF WORK: WORK FROM OFFICE

Salary: 3.5- 5 LPA

DESIRED SKILLS 

  • CCNA / N+/ Wireless / Wired / ACMA/ ACSA / Airwave – Trained / Certified.
  • ITIL (V3 Foundation / V4) – Trained / Certification preferred.
     

MANDATORY SKILLS

  • Global communication
  • Basics of Networking, TCP/IP Networks, Multi-Vendor Support Experience.
  • Routing and Switching Concepts with practical knowledge in Aruba and related networking product and technologies.
  • Interacting with clients, understanding their needs & providing technical support to clients by remotely accessing their datacentre infrastructure & troubleshooting the issues raised.
