Education: Graduate, BE/BCA/MCA preferred

Job Requirements:

• She/He should have strong knowledge of IT skills Sourcing strategy, Job Portal Management, Talent Acquisition IT
• Looking for min 4 yrs Experience in IT talent sourcing for the contingent staffing business
• She/He should have good knowledge on IT Resource pool, innovative sourcing
• Team Lead be able to mentor Team on Contract Staffing Sourcing, Screening, process adhere by organisation
• Experience to use the ATS tool is an added advantage
• This role holder needs to manage min 8 members IT Recruitment team
• Should have a fair knowledge of IT skills, the latest trend in technology
• Min 2 yrs experience as Sr IT Recruiter/TL is preferred
• Hybrid Model Work till June 2022
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette and Client communications
• Base Work location is Noida
• She/He should be a Graduate, BE/BCA/MCA preferred
