Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required:  

4+ Years in recruitment, hiring and on-boarding. Experience in hiring diverse roles is key (Sales, Customer Success, Tech)

Startup experience is nice to have

Qualifications – Graduate/MBA in HR with over 4+  years’ experience driving account management relationships 

Salary:  10- 14L ( 80Fixed , 20 Variable)

Job Responsibility: 

Taking accountability of speed and outcome of hiring  

  • Drive hiring of all open positions 
  • Building and working with sourcing partners 
  • Creating new channels for hiring (Naukri, Instahyre, LinkedIn) 
  • Driving and tracking the process and taking accountability of all parts of the process 
  • Advertisements and branding 
  • Managing the Job Descriptions 
  • Benchmarking CTC 
  • Providing reports and insights into challenges and bottlenecks 
  • Ensuring we are able to close open positions in a stipulated period of time 
  • We have lower attrition of new joiners  
  • We create a brand of being an employer of preference

Drive automation and process-driven customer delivery 

  • Work on tools to drive and automate the hiring (Keka or similar HRMS systems) 
  • Work on ensuring the process is efficiently managed and collaboration remotely is done         seamlessly                            

Leverage data and provide insights and innovation 

  • Analyse the hiring data and provide insights to the CxO team on challenges and issues 
  • Finding innovative ideas to drive recruitment and stickiness 

Be a champion of change and transformation 

  • Be a quick learner 
  • Good communication and listening skills 
  • Ability to immerse in product and the domain  
  • Ability to be active and outcome-oriented
