NCG Professional Services team is looking for a Business Manager to manage and grow our technology solutions and professional services business. You will be expected to partner with the clients and help them achieve their business goals. As someone with an extensive understanding of your sector, you will foster better delivery outcomes for the clients through your insights into the client’s business, thus creating value for the client. You will lead your team in creating new opportunities, running pursuits and managing the delivery of your business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Brand in the market
  • Key Account Management
  • Portfolio P&L growth
  • Deliver and manage the deployment of new consulting assignments

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in the professional services industry
  • Demonstrated growth and sustenance of Technology Professional Services business
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a P&L of $2M+
  • Consultative engagement
  • Relevant technical experience to inspire and lead the team of consultants
  • Ability to scale up teams
  • A believer in people
