Job Description

Experience: 4-5 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary: 3- 7 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Key Technical Skills: Solarwinds, Video Servers, Video devices, ITIL

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • VOIP Support (Cisco)
  • Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Call Routing with MGCP & H323 Protocols

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Voice incident troubleshooting and escalation to L3
  • BAU support operations in Voice Domain
  • Coordinates for root cause analysis for the technical issues in the environments and establish recovery and prevention processes
  • ITIL and Change Management experience
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience covering Voice technologies
  • Working experience on Cisco IP Telephony, Call manager, Unity, Voice gateways, PRI connectivity, Cisco VC
  • Strong knowledge of Video Servers (VCS, Expressway)
  • Strong knowledge of Video devices (SX-20, Cisco kit)
  • Basic Technical knowledge of Network and Telecom infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark.
  • ITIL and Change Management experience

  • SOP creation, OPC, other business supporting documentation Knowledge on Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark.
