About the role / Description: As the Senior Solutions Integrator, you will get hands-on exposure to working closely with external customers and supporting the engagement practices and other practice areas within Cloud & Core and GSC India to define and provide technical solutions that enhance the customer’s competitive position. Agility and enthusiasm in providing technical solutions are expected. 

Skills and Requirement:  

  • 5+ years of in-depth experience in implementing network, and complex customer solutions and support models as per the new product and technology. 
  • Cisco (CCIE> CCNA>CCIE), Juniper (JNCIE>JNCIP>JNCIS), Virtualization & Cloud certification preferred 
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation of COTS products is mandatory. 
  • Proficient knowledge of L2/L3 Protocols/Technologies – VLAN, Switching Protocols/Routing Protocols /L2VPN/L3VPN 
  • Sound knowledge of overlay VxLAN and GRE. 
  • Prior Experience in solution/implementation/rollout of services in – Metro Ethernet, SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS. 
  • Functional experience in one or more SDN / NFV stacks/protocols like – ODL, OpenStack, ONOS, Blue Planet, Opennet, Netconf, Yang, Tail-f, Open Flow, Contrail. 
  •  Experience in Python, JSON, REST. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Routing & Switching products: Cisco, Juniper, Pluribus, Virtualization, and Orchestrator. 
  • In-depth understanding of Virtualization, Dockers, Linux environments. 
  • Adequate knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. 

Responsibilities:  

  1. Work directly with external customers and support the engagement practices and other practice areas within Cloud & Core and GSC India to define and provide technical solutions that enhance the customer’s competitive position.

  3. Provide support to the internal market and sales organizations as an expert in the solutions portfolio. 
  4. Analyze customer business processes and requirements 
  5. Drive changes in the methods, processes, and guidelines within the customer organization or internally.  
  6. Act as a leader/mentor in day-to-day operations to provide insights for less experienced colleagues. 
  7. Drive lead generation, add on sales and business opportunities during the entire process to contribute to increased sales volumes. 
  8. Formulate test plans and use cases as per configuration and network features bought by the customer. 
  9. Assist during contract/commercial negotiations, in the Services Scoping of the Integration Service Delivery. 
  10. Providing technical solutions/suggestions to problems reported. 
  11. Service Delivery as per Customer Contract and plan. 

Qualification: Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
