Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 Years

Salary: 7 -8 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate 30 Days

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
  • Mapping clients, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Interacting closely with the procurement team of stakeholders for price negotiating of POs. Follow-up on Payment, PO extension, T’s approvals and contract renewals.
  • Increase the Revenue, Headcount, & Margin among the assigned clients.
  • Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, collection and other result areas. Build and maintain relationships with existing client base and generate revenue.
  • Research regularly existing accounts, and maintain and track account updates. Handling client escalations & resolving within TAT.
  • Client Relationship Management (Regular follow-up & meets with clients), Creating & developing New Business opportunities within accounts.
  • Involved in monthly/quarterly report generation and sharing the same with the clients and with the internal team management.
