Employees will be responsible for conducting themselves in an honest and ethical manner in all of their business dealings and in outside matters in which their actions may reflect on the Organisation. Relationship With Suppliers And Vendors All employees will ensure that in their dealings with suppliers, the Company's interests are never comprised. Accepting gifts and presents of more than a nominal value, gratuity payments and other payments from suppliers/vendors will be viewed as a serious breach of discipline as this could lead to compromising the Company's interests. As a policy managers should not accept hospitality from its customers or vendors. Relationship With Customers We believe in having an enduring, meaningful and sustainable long-term business relation with our customers. All employees must strive to achieve excellence in ensuring highest order of customer satisfaction in dealing with every touch point, proactive attention to meet customers’ expectations, sensitivity to details, courtesy in response, politeness in handling queries, quality in deliverables, cost consciousness & timely compliance to work execution and respect to customer as a strategic business partner Since our employees are to work at client sites, it is expected that our employees will ensure compliance to defined work practices & process by customers at their premises, appropriate dress code and respect for their culture and values. While dealing with the customers, the organization’s interest and values have to be kept intact. In case of confrontations, these issues should be escalated to their immediate superiors for guidance and attention. Company does not support use of unethical means of deployment of unprofessional approach to acquire customers. Conflict Of Interest Employees will not be allowed to engage either during or outside working hours, in any other gainful employment or any other forms of business activity, either personally or through the agency of another. Representation Of Organization Employees will not be permitted to use Organization letterheads and stationery for personal correspondence or in connection with activities not related to the Organization's business Gifts And Entertainment Employees will not be allowed to provide gifts or entertain customers or potential customers of the Organization except with the prior approval of the Management. Employees will not be allowed to receive personal gifts or any other kind of benefit from customers or suppliers without the approval of the Management. Dealing With Harassment NetConnect Private Ltd will be committed to providing a work environment that is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment. Any unwelcome physical, verbal, or visual sexually oriented conduct, which is offensive or objectionable to the recipient, will not be tolerated. Such conduct includes, but will not be limited to - epithets, derogatory or suggestive comments, slurs or gestures and offensive postures, pictures or drawings. Sexual Harassment (both overt and subtle) is a form of Employee misconduct that is demeaning to another person, undermines the integrity of the employment relationship, and will be strictly prohibited. Any employee who wants to report an incident of sexual harassment will have to promptly report the matter to their Manager, Department Head, Director or Chief Executive Officer. Any supervisor who becomes aware of sexual harassment will promptly advise Human Resource Department who will then handle the situation in a timely manner. All claims of sexual harassment will be investigated on their merits with due attention to confidentiality when applicable. Cooperation in preventing sexual or other unlawful harassment is essential. Net Connect Private Ltd will as necessary take appropriate disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, to ensure that the Organization will meet its responsibility to employees by providing a work environment that is free of unlawful discrimination and harassment. Discriminatory Harassment Policy It will be the policy of NetConnect Private Ltd, to provide and maintain a work environment that will be free of harassment and discrimination based on gender, race, colour, creed, religion, national origin, disability or handicap, age, height, weight, veteran or marital status. Any Employee who feels that he or she is the victim of harassment will be required within three working days, of the alleged harassment, to bring the matter in writing to the attention of his or her supervisor and Human Resource Department. NetConnect Private Ltd will promptly investigate all allegations of harassment in as confidential manner as possible. NetConnect Private Ltd will prohibit retaliation against any person bringing a complaint of discriminatory harassment or taking part in investigating such a complaint. Any Employee found to be engaging in discriminatory harassment will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
